Chanoine Frères Brut

BLEND

55% Pinot Noir
31% Meunier
14% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES

With fine bubbles and a brilliant copper-gold hue, this cuvée Brut has a fine and delicate nose of peony, damson and peach aromas.

On the palate, this wine strikes the perfect balance between liveliness and body, underscored by delicious notes of baked pear, dates and toasted almonds.

Chanoine Frères Demi-Sec

60% Pinot Noir
32% Meunier

TASTING NOTES

Extremely fine bubbles are released against a golden colour with slight amber hues.

Rich and delicate on the nose, revealing intense notes of pear, flowers and spices, with the aromas unveiled gradually and harmoniously.

On the palate, this cuvée is a balance of freshness and richness Candied and dried fruit flavours underscore this cuvée with a hint of liquorice The finish is long, silky and generous.

58% Pinot Noir of which 8% vinified in red wine
29% Meunier
13% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES

An incredibly fine froth crowns a steady ruby colour. The subtle and fine nose reveals aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries and other fresh red fruits. A subtle balance reveals itself on the palate between the velvety texture and the full-bodied character of the wine. Overall, the wine is well-balanced, giving a Champagne which is lively, fruity, fresh and generous.

Chanoine Frères Millésime 2015

BLEND

53% Pinot Noir
47% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES

The color of this vintage champagne is deep, with beautiful reflections which bring out the finesse of the bubbles.

The nose is expressive and opens with notes of blackcurrant buds, then evolves towards more complexity to include spices accompanied by delicate aromas of caramel.

The palate, ample and structured around aromas of fruit compote, extends into notes of licorice and thence into a savory, delicate finish.

Chanoine Frères Blanc de Blancs

BLEND

100% Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs and Sézanne

TASTING NOTES

This cuvée, with its gold color and emerald highlights, is characterized by its fine, delicate bubbles.

The nose unveils itself little by little with gentle floral notes of acacia, then gives off more mineral notes of flint and chalk.

The palate is structured and complex with delicate nuances of lemon and fresh yellow fruits that give way to a long saline finish.

A precise and elegant champagne with a very lovely freshness that will go well with refined dishes.
